2009 Research Grants
FOUNDATION DAW PARK ANNUAL GRANTS PROGRAM
2009 Grant Recipients
Medical Research and Non-Research
The Board of Foundation Daw Park is pleased to announce the recipients of its Medical Research and Non-Medical Research Grants for 2009. Total value: $148,980 - a substantial increase on last year's Grants allocation. Our ability to increase this funding is due to the combination of a bequest made to the Hospital from the Basil Thomas Estate, corporate philanthropy and our generous donors who are deeply loyal to The Repat and the Foundation.
Thanks must go to the Research Management Committee, Chaired by Dr John Costi, for its work in evaluating the medical research submissions. This is a huge task given their "day jobs" and the Foundation thanks them for their time and commitment.
